Publish to testnet does not publish to explorer.testnet.alephium.org and link in mainnet is wrong #177

When running the GH action, it publishes to testnet.alephium.org, and not to explorer.testnet.alephium.org (which is the endpoint our wallets are using).

Moreover, when clicking on the "Testnet" option while at explorer.alephium.org we get navigated to testnet.alephium.org, and not to explorer.testnet.alephium.org.
