It seems okay 🚀

You can add a "migration" page listing breaking changes between 0.2 and 0.3 👍
The "Custom server with Deno native http server" seems weird, why don't you define an async function handle() instead of making an anonymous function
Is there an equivalent of "getInitialProps"?
Can we add custom scripts (jsx magic) in the html head?
