Summary of the changes

Se refactorizó la API probability con el fin de utilizar Htmx.
Se modificó la instalación de tailwind en el Dockerfile, ahora la instalación es llamando al repositorio de la versión 3.14.3 en git.
Se añadío el healthcheck de las API's restantes.
