Silent Install for Windows #1132

What change would like to see?
The ability to run the installer with command line arguments to initial a 
silent unattended install.

Why?
We would like to install this across a couple hundred computers and would like 
to be able to do it easily in an automated fashion.

Is all you need to silently install Arduino, eg.

arduino-1.0.6-windows.exe /S

[Capital S]

If you ever find a silent uninstall switch, let me know :)
