Update brave to v1.44.112

This PR updates brave to 1.44.112 while attempting to make it acceptable for the Community repo. Added myself as maintainer as I'm willing to provide updates and I have hardware powerful enough to build it in a reasonable amount of time. May succeed #24, though there's a handful of changes that I took page from, credits to @monarc99 for it. Introduced changes:

• Changed the license to the Mozilla Public License
• Remove Python 2.7 dependency
• Use double space as indentation instead of tabs
• System libraries are used by default
• Port many changes from the chromium package
• Added more patches for Brave since the brave-patches repository wasn't active since at least the last update
• Remove adblock-rust from the sources as it's pulled as a Cargo dependency
• Use a patched version of foutrelis/chromium-launcher for flag management
• Sync the chromium repository from the PKGBUILD sources
• Run selected hooks manually to avoid unnecessary steps while preparing the build
• More .npmrc entries so that the build doesn't fail with official builds
• Build both ChromeDriver and sandbox binaries alongside Brave
• Reflect the install step from chromium as it uses more accurate permission flags

Wow, sorry this took so long to get my attention. Somebody pinged me on Twitter about contributing :(

At first glance this all looks great. The only catch is I'm on the read without decent network or CPU power for a test build. I'll try to remote into something with horsepower at some point to make sure this works, but it's surely a step in the right direction.

No problem whatsoever, on the contrary I'm glad that this was noticed. And to speak details about the build it was done on an environment outside of a sandbox so things might change on the test build. As of now some stable Brave releases came up but I'm waiting for one that uses Chromium 108 as it might have the Qt backend ready, apart from other things.
