• Update brave version to 1.47.171
• Update chromium version to 109.0.5414.87
• Sync patches from official Arch chromium build
• Now the build uses LLVM 15 in stable with default Rust. There's no need to use llvm-git or rustup package.

I have tested building the package on a clean root multiple times. Now the package is able to build on a clean root with stable network connection. You may now consider building this package on your build server and host it on your repo.

However, I would recommend against getting this package to community for now, as the devs at Brave did not came up with a solution for Brave builds that come with Linux distros yet. There is a post on Brave Community regarding this and according to the replies, apparently this is still being discussed internally.

@caesarw I think we're missing something here, my package doesn't build. I thought maybe I missed something while fighting with git subtree, but it looks like what I overlooked was the checksum issues with system-rust-utils.patch. Your commits here show a checksum update but the commit didn't include the changes to the patch.

Yeah I think there’s something wrong with the patch. It seems that I did not synchronize the modifications from my test environment. I will submit an update a bit later today.
