This is not ready to be merged. Issues:

[ ] skia-git in AUR is static library build, modifed PKGBUILD here https://github.com/micwoj92/skia-packaging/blob/master/skia-git/PKGBUILD
[ ] python-skia likely needs same treatment, I do not need it, so I did not check
[ ] To be checked packages that depend on it if nothing broke. If merged this will resolve #68
