general cleanup of the build process
rewrite the launcher script
rewrite the Electron unvendor patch
update to keybase 6.3.1
update to electron 31 (manual testing, seems to work for me)

Thanks for this contribution! I know from experience trying to fiddle with this build takes almost heroic effort. I see a few odds and ends I may have done differently, but I'm at the point with this project I probably wouldn't have done anything at all myself, so I'm not even going to nitpick it. Overall the coding actually looks good, nice work.

I'm going to run some tests builds and if it builds in a chroot and runs I'll merge and post to the AUR.
