Restore style name fields #391

Commit 6b66038b from PR #370 obliterated the name fields used by many platforms to pick styles out of a family.

Closes #390.

This is still not right. It's better but the loss of NameID=16 and NameID=17 in the built fonts here is incorrect and will adversely affect usage in some apps. Basically apps that would have understood all the weights go in the same family are forced into the max-4-fonts-per-family legacy restriction. The other changes seem right, but those bits need to come back.
