Service_key_matcher not working #267

*It is sending pagerduty to the api_key mentioned in pagerduty_service_key variable, not evaluating matchers defined.

Environment

OS: Linux
API version: [eg. 6.8.1]
Deployment: [ self-hosted]
For self-hosted, WSGI environment: [eg. nginx/uwsgi,
Database: [eg. MongoDB]
Server config: Auth enabled?/No Auth provider?
web UI version: [eg. 6.8.1]
CLI version: [eg. 6.8.1]

To Reproduce Please try to implement it on your side. I think there's a problem in python code
