Msteams colors MS_TEAMS_COLORS_MAP config option #277

Allows configuring/mapping severities to colors with MS_TEAMS_COLORS_MAP. NOTE: Second commit(4cc0b3e) changes default 'warning' color from red to blue (original 'warning' color is too close to 'critical' red).
