[x] latest version of prometheus rule file is YAML
[x] prometheus uses double dashes for command-line options now
[x] include BasicAuth in the webhook config example
[x] value is populated from annotations, not labels
[x] docker-compose is out-of-date (remove it and make reference to Docker repo or fix it)
[x] update copyright year
