Bugfix again because it's been too long since i've worked with ansible #14

Ugh too much time has passed since i've really worked with ansible.

Apparently my configuration specifications was incorrect.

Fixed how we set the configure options for proxy, and egress host/port. I've also added an additional fact that get's set only when egress host is set but the egress port is not.

Fixed issue with checking if agent_provisioned is set to true/false.
