Incident Posture Filter not handling keys correctly #301

Hi,

We noticed that the Filter input in the Incident Posture dashboard is not working as intended. When we want to input a filter as key=value pairs it returns no results, but when just the value is entered it does work. After some research I found that the all_alerts(1) macro, which handles the filter token, can possibly be the cause of the problem, but I could not identify which part of it. Alert Manager version: 3.0.8
