Can always fire Portal 1 and 2 with controller and keyboard #244

Do you remember the options to turn on only portal 1 or 2 in Main tab and Portal Gun Pedestal? They don't work right. We still can shoot both of them by press the Portal 1 and Portal 2 button (Setting like this: Bug 9 ), we should fix this because some Portal mappacks use much times this options may broken (Up And Away Remake)

Also now we don't need the option "shoot portal" in Tool tab anymore

You should just fix the options because that cheat very useful (Eg: If we choose gelcannon mode, we can shoot portal + gel)

Also, we still can fire portal with computer’s keyboard by turn on the mouse after setting Portal 1 and 2 button (like on gif)
