Add halftitle to landmarks?

remove <span epub:type="subtitle"> from historical sketch and introduction elements. Those are not subtitles, not sure why that element is there.
use the titlecase tool to titlecase all chapter titles, both in the toc.xhtml file and in the chapters themselves
missing endnotes.xhtml. It goes before the colophon in the ToC.
Missing work title, endnotes, introduction, historical sketch, and halftitle in the landmarks section

@acabal The halftitle isn't in the landmarks section in https://github.com/standardebooks/nikolai-gogol_dead-souls_d-j-hogarth/blob/master/src/epub/toc.xhtml. If I should still add it for this book, what's the right place?
