tuprolog version on Maven central repository #30

Hi,

first of all, thanks for your work, this is the only Prolog library in Java I 
could manage to find (apart from JIProlog).
However, the version on the maven central repo is 2.1.1 and this library seems 
to be in version 2.8.

Could you please bump the version number and push the jar?
