Bot doesn't work now on telegram #5

Have you provide PARAM.java file? Does it compile and the API are changed or the code doesn't work?

Oh yes, the bot is disabled due the server is not more available. You can run this bot on your own server, then edit the README with the new link if you would like to do this.
