Consider making the boot timeout a Make option #115

The default boot timeout of one second is very short if you want to put 
optiboot on a system that doesn't implement some form of auto-reset.  It would 
be nice if it was easier to select a longer timeout (8s?) if you wanted to 
build optiboot for a system without auto-reset.
