Replace springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-api with springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui
Add /docs/** endpoint to SecurityConfiguration
Change Swagger UI path to /docs/swagger-ui.html
Change OpenAPI v3 path to /docs/openapi-v3
