Durante l'inserimento, come si vede da qui

Provando su Postman la seguente richiesta get http://api.positionstack.com/v1/forward?access_key=3986e2581d9bf3b4767b73a37e478373&query=Via Salvo D'Acquisto 25 San Giorgio a Cremano Napoli 80046 Italia&limit=1, ci si accorge che alle volte viene restituito il JSON correttamente, altre volte un array con dentro un array vuoto.
