• Aim: share traditional Māori names and their meanings and encourage the use of traditional names within the community.

• Objective: provide a resource for parents and individuals interested in Māori names.

• Scope: built using TypeScript and SQL. It will have responsive UI that can be viewed using mobile phones.

• Limitation: names are sourced from online articles and might not be accurately represented, but users can correct them within the app.

• Problem identification: Can AI capabilities, like understanding the meaning and pronunciation of Māori names, be implemented in web applications in New Zealand?

• Methodology: Kanban using Trello
