Qt Problem within IFC #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Upon compiling the ifcplusplus project with visual basic 2012, I got this error:

Moc'ing IfcTreeWidget.h...
The system cannot find the path specified.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The project didn't compile successfully. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using qt 5.2.1 with visual studio 2012 on windows 8.1

How can we solve this problem?

Probably something wrong with the Qt VS addin, or filesystem corrupt.
Not an issue in IFC++
Please use google before posting as an issue.
