Application hangs when a specific .ifc file is loaded #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the .ifc file () from the link: 
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B--Amqgu71nccUF2amtUay16Ym8/view?usp=sharing

2. open the file with IFC++

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application should open the file without a problem within minutes (< 20 
min., due to size); however, the application runs indefinitely (with 100% of 
CPU usage) without showing any visible progress

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version (as of 8-APR-2015), on Windows 7 64-bit
