Geometry rendered incorrectly with a specific .ifc file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the .ifc file (size: 428MB) from the following link: 
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B--Amqgu71ncTHQzS1hjUThlSHM/view?usp=sharing

2. Open the downloaded file with IFC++

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The shape of the building should look like the attached .png file, showing no 
strange disk-shaped artifact; however, it displays the artifact, just like the 
attached .jpg file 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest IFC++ (as of 08-APR-2015), on Windows 7 64-bit
