Some IfcWalls have their normals inside out #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the attached IfcOpenHouse.ifc file in IFCPlusPlusViewer
2. Turn on the back face culling 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The walls with openings (?) have their normals inside out. IfcRoof, Slabs ... 
are OK (normals pointing out, not influenced by the back face culling)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
