Update readme, clean codebase from useless files and migrate to Califano Lab when ready #23

  1. Update readme (especially in terms of paths used to load Pyther etc)

  2. Make paths consistent in Tutorials/ in each notebook

  3. When major issues and inconsistencies are solved migrate to Califano Lab GitHub page
