What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when i run the program as an admin, i get the error box saying "driver
support for multiple fingers is already enabled but the driver still
doesn't report multiple fingers. Either you haven't restarted (which i
have many times) or your Touch Pad doesn't support multiple fingers."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

64-bit vista. synaptics version 11.1.3 (17 apr 08)

Please provide any additional information below.

i have also tried the 10.1.8 version as well, but to no avail.

I also have the same problem with the same message! I am running 64 bit vista
home
premium on a toshiba E105. I tried all five of the download with the same
result.

try to use drivers from this location:
http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_show_984.html
and then unlock two-finger-scroll

Thanks for the info asuvorkin however those drivers only work for XP and we are
all
using vista 64 in this post.

My Geforce 8400M died and Dell's support replaced my motherboard and my touchpad
(still don't know why).

Before the two finger scroll worked like a charm, now it reports that message
in the
first post.

I tried with Synaptics driver versions 12.1.0 and 12.2.3 without success.

I'm using Vista x64 and TouchPad v6.3. Don't know the version of my old
trackpad that
was replaced.
