Discussion on JISCMail research data man list 3rd April 2014 "assigning DOIs to tissue samples"

In a nutshell, if an article relates to a 'collection' of data items, should a collection be defined, and a DOI assigned, should each item be given a DOI. response from Andy Turner about Forestplots and soil samples

(note relation to discussion of physical samples in issue #10)
