Consider rewording to assume more prior knowledge when discussing

  1. levels of abstraction beyond article citation counts: concentrate on dissatisfaction with JIF being used beyond its intended remit
  2. impact beyond citations: note this was previously asked for in the UK under the heading of 'esteem'
