At the moment the evidence base for providing such a process flow is pretty sparse, but as more people gain experience with using the available tools it might be possible to provide one in a future edition of the guide.
In the meantime, I hope the summary boxes for each tool will help make it easier to compare them.

Maybe some form of process flow related to the methods in which institutes could measure the impact of the research data – the steps involved when using the different approaches, time constraints, resource needs, IT implications… This sort of information would help us to determine what measurement approach would work best for us.
