Description Fail to run pcsFilter --help on fresh machine

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the bug:

pip install "pcsfilter==${VERSION}"
/usr/local/bin/pcsFilter --help

Expected result Help message is shown

Actual result

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/pcsFilter", line 5, in <module>
    from src.pcsFilter.cli import main
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'src'
