Added new APv2 fixes to the list
- Crash Bash (SCUS-94570)
- Crash Bandicoot Carnival (SCPS-10140, Original) (PCPX-96202, Taikenban)
- Kore Hore! Pukka (SCPS-10133)
- Love Hina: Ai wa Kotoba no Naka ni (SLPM-86652)
- Love Hina 2: Kotoba wa Konayuki no You ni (SLPM-86677)
Changed all instances of 'my code' to 'alex-free's code'.
Indented some lines of code.
Made slight tweaks to the debug strings.
- Replaced country strings to use shorter names as opposed to longer names (e.g. Japan > JPN).
- Shortened some of the game titles.
Re-arranged the order of APv2 games slightly.

Crash Bash did trigger AP on my stock SCPH-1001 using v1.1.2 so I'm not sure why you couldn't reproduce.

I don't know either. No modchips were installed - used both FreePSXBoot, cheat cartridge ROM and boot CD and it doesn't seem to occur.

Maybe possibly the fact that your console is PAL has something to do with it? I don't see any other difference. I have a ton of Japanese and American PS1/PS2s but no PAL ones to verify that though.

I might at one point try and get a PS1 of another region or another model to test this much further.
