Consider ZeroMQ alternative #10

As ZMQ depends on C++ redistributable package, one must install it on the server and worst: restart the server after installation. I don't like this approach. Maybe.... https://github.com/zeromq/NetMQ

What if we could install it silently along with servicedog setup? When installing on a 2012r2 it was not needed to restart server.
