Shall the output files include a starting Byte Order Marker (BOM) #4

Should be require / recommend the file to start with a BOM (Byte order Marke)? As we do not use non-ASCII characters in any fields right now, that would not be needed.

Though, it might help in Excel imports to auto-detect seperators (Is that true, or is that only a rumor? Verify!)
