The decision to list illness categories separated by dash - was made to provide a compact and quick reference that can be easily skimmed by users.
We understand that doctors and medical staff often require rapid access to information and may not need an exhaustive list at all times. However, given that this is a user guide for the first time users, we decided to list out all of them for their reference.
This format was chosen to strike a balance between readability and space efficiency. Hence, this is not a bug.

It would be better if the appropriate disease types were put in a bulleted list instead of in prose such as this one in the "add" command:
It helps to differentiate the list from the next sentence quickly, as the next sentence is crucial to save time, and doctors don't really have to know all the disease options immediately.
