Add rack view #9

Long press opens this view, obviously the view itself needs work.

Should be able to enter the info (minus picture for now) and save to Parse

Add icons for less and minus spots buttons, add icons for safety rating. Make view green background and fields white to match map view search bar?

@alex-seville @rvarshney any comments/suggestions for what I have for the layout so far? going to add in icons for less/more spots buttons and safety rating.
