Deploy for hugo-book-demo fails due to outdated, unsupported build image #577

As seen e. g. here checks for all new PRs are failing.

This this due to the fact that deploy for hugo-book-demo fails. The logs reveal the reason:

  The build image for this site uses Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus, which is no longer supported.
