Use null alt text for "minor forms of clipart"? #592

I know little about accessibility, but it seems to me that the alt text for icons such as edit.svg are not necessary and should rather be set to null ("").

There's no point in a screen reader reading "Edit Edit this page", right? (Rather, it seems harmful)

I'm not sure about the other icons. What do you think?

I noticed, after reading this post, where the author writes: "It’s possible that we can all agree that for minor forms of clipart, a null alt text will do nicely."

Hi! Sounds alright, perhaps it will depend on if it is just and icon, or and icon with text, I will take a look, or you could prepare some PR we can review
