Wifi Tether 3.2b2

Running SPH-L900 on version L900VPALJC Android 4.1.1 with custom kernel 
Linux localhost 3.0.36-Perseus-alpha25 #423 SMP PREEMPT Sat Nov 10 15:58:30 CET 
2012 armv7l GNU/Linux

I've attached the output of the command line based tether start command. The 
first time I attempted to run it I was given errors by the supplied wifi 
tether. 

It appears BusyBox supplied a version which didn't produce the errors, so I 
made a SymLink to it and it set the IPTables information, it appears from 'ip 
a' that the interface came up but it isn't broadcasting a signal.
