no word from a dev yet. does anyone have a full email address of a dev? I'd
hate to bug someone but there are 5 threads about this now and no progress.
BTW do a search for note under the issues tab and make sure you star all 5 note
2 threads (the last 5). it will help to get us some attention.

T-Mobile Note 2 here as well.
Set to Galaxy S3, tried switching the Setup-Method from Auto to each other one.
It looks like it turns on, but laptop cannot even pick it up...
Will fall in love w/ the devs and donate every extra penny I got to get it
working :)

at xda they have this rom

with working tether. if there are any devs still working on this project maybe
you could take a look at what they did?

I tried the above ROM Jellybomb and I could see the wifi connection with my
ipad 2 but wasn't able to connect.

I haven't tried it because I don't want a theme. From the thread it seems
tether only works if you do a full wipe

I just went back to the stock rom and uninstalled all of my wifi tethering
apps. Reinstalled this one and it worked.

I confirmed the above file does work for my Sprint SPH-L900! I believe you need
to be rooted and have Busybox installed, but I was able to successfully connect
without any issues.

Just installed the latest version 3.3-pre1 Experimental and it works. My
computer and tablet recognize the SSID and connect to it producing a connection
to the internet but..... after about 2 minutes or so it says "What the hell,
You phone takes back control of the wifi interface, shutting down wifi now".
Tethering stops and I cannot turn back on wifi until I restart the phone. ...
What gives
