Which device T-Mobile Galaxy S4 SGH-M919

Which firmware is installed? M919UVUAMDL

What version of wireless tether are you using? latest from Google Play

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start wifi tether
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? started with errors,
can't open log-File, does not exists

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried 3 different versions, the one from google play and a couple from
trevE but I can't get the tethering to start, I am rooted via the one click
root and it asks me to grant root permissions and i do, i have other programs
running that require root and they function OK, (lucky patcher, adfree, etc etc)
i have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled multiple times with the same
result.
any help is highly appreciated
I have followed this post to the T:

Me too. I used 3.4 experimental, 40, and another earlier version. I have tried
many settings. The fact is it is not creating any error logs for me to post.
All gave problems as unable to open log file. File does not exist.
