Phone not broadcasting hotspot after Titanium Backup. #1827

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX (XT912)

Which firmware is installed?
Android 4.1.2 (CDMA/LTE)

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.3 Beta2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to start the wireless tether

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On any other device, other than host, the hotspot cannot be detected.
Previously, only days ago, it worked, however I've been trying many ways in
order to fix it, yet cannot find a solution.

Please provide any additional information below.
Was working fine until a scheduled backup of Titanium Backup ran, and backed-up
the app. The wifi signal disappeared and I was not able to fix it. Currently
the app has access to the internet (says Keepalive is up). Access-Control
doesn't make a difference. I have uninstalled/reinstalled many times. Had
SuperSU on an "Allow All" setup for all requests, and no change. Nothing is
being broadcast.
My phone always warms-up when I have the app running (hotspot started), yet now
(as it is no longer broadcasting) I can have it running for hours and it will
not heat up. I won't make any assumptions of the problem, but that is what I've
been experiencing.
I have tried the other "Green" app, (By you guys) yet with similar problems.

I have the same device & firmware and am having the same problem. However, I
did not perform a Titanium Backup backup of the app for this problem to occur.
