Access-Control doesnt work #784

Which device (manufacturer, type)? HTC EVO

Which firmware is installed?2.0.5-RC2

What version of wireless tether are you using?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start Tether.... menu Access control
2. Enable Access-control. 
3. Any Device can tether. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I remember that is a device was not authorized it would remain with Red 
lettering.

Any and all device connect and receive IP address and get access to internet. 
with and without encryption.

Please provide any additional information below.
