no internet access

Motorola Droid x

Which firmware is installed?

android 2.2.1 liberty v2.0.1

What version of wireless tether are you using?
v3.0 pre14, v2.0.7, v2.0.8 pre1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.  run wireless tether
2.  use net for ten minutes
3.  lose internet connectivity

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

every thing works well for the first little while then it loses internet access
like its a router witch has had the modem unpluged
Please provide any additional information below.

as a side note i ran 3.0 pre 12 and it worked fine on my other droid x i 
resently had to have it replaced due to defectiveness and im having these 
issues with only this phone my wife also has a droid x with no issues.
also access control has never worked with any of my droid x`s 
but i have no need for it but it would be cool to have if there is a way to use 
it

Yea I have a Droid x to and after like 5 mins the connection is lost it says 
limited access? ? Do u know how to fix that please message me back asap

Its mire to do with the rom your useing I think liberty 2.0.1 doesn't like to 
tether
