MogileFS REST api #48

Would be cool to have a generic REST api for MogileFS tracker with JSON 
input/output, including support for login credentials.

Something along the lines of:

GET /{KEY}
GET /{KEY}/info
GET /domain
GET /class
GET /listkeys?prefix=axc&after=123&limit=1

POST /domain {"domain":"mydomain"}
POST /class {"domain":"myclass"}
POST /{DOMAIN}/{CLASS}/{KEY}

PUT /{KEY} {"rename":"newname"}
PUT /class/{CLASS} {"mindevcount":"3"}

should probably rewrite that to say it will be a full REST service.

So yeah... on the list :)
