Show Notifications on Windows #7

I think it should show when connected to a device, disconnected from a device, syncing

https://github.com/overlordtm/trayhost which is used for the icon does not support notifications and i don't know of another go library that is able to do that cross platform, so sadly currently "wontfix"

Is this not a possibility? https://github.com/0xAX/notificator - Sorry never used Golang

that seems to use "growl" on windows (and mac os) which has to be installed, that is maybe a bit too much for a simple notification, but i will take a look at it or see if i find something else.
