GH:VH MIDI causes EOF to hang #179

Takes an extraordinarily long time to import, and when it finally asked for an 
audio file, EOF hung when I provided an OGG file.

I forgot how bad Guitar Hero charts can be.  This chart is about 4:20 long and 
has a tempo change on almost every beat marker.  When EOF is compiled with 
optimizations, it imports quickly and doesn't hang when I load an OGG, so I'm 
going to consider this a chart issue.
