High custom grid snap values don't work properly #180

drihscol wanted to be able to specify a higher number of intervals than 31, so 
I changed the limit.  I'm finding that the last few grid intervals in a high 
setting (such as 35 intervals per 4/4 measure) don't work, and the mouse will 
jump directly from grid position 32 to 35, skipping the last few positions in 
each measure.
