Controls how everything looks on-stage

http://pksage.com/rbndocs/index.php?title=RBN2_Camera_And_Lights
This document outlines the MIDI notes & text events for the purpose of creating
the cameras and lights portion of Rock Band song authoring.
Rock Band camera focuses, cuts, post-processing, and lighting cues are
controlled by MIDI text events in the VENUE track.
And what I need this track for... The Stage Kit gets its events from the
lighting cues on this VENUE track.

So besides 8 MIDI notes, this would just be support for adding the 8 MIDI note
markers for spot light and sing along controls, and a way to tie the 150+
related text events to a VENUE track? This wouldn't be too difficult to add,
but it would probably not be until after the 1.8 release.

Making it an 8-lane vocal type of track may be best, so that the mini piano
roll on the left side could display what each of the lanes was for (ie.
spotlight- keys). Making a dialog to add the supported text event would take
some planning, given how many there are. It would probably have to begin with
a basic list of clickable buttons for each category of events (ie. "Camera
Shots"), then when the user clicked one, another set of buttons would be
presented (ie. "Four Camera shots"), and again as many times as necessary until
the user clicks on one of the actual text events (ie. "[coop_all_behind]").
